We are here if you have questions about His World, your order, access to His space, and your journey inside.
Write to support@viaadme.com. Please specify the address you use to log into His space and briefly describe the essence of your question. Do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary personal information in the email.
His space and subscriptions
For login, password reset, subscription renewal, or technical issues, please specify the plan, world, language, and account email. If your question is related to payment, attach the Stripe or PayPal payment number, if you have it.
Data requests
Requests for access, correction, deletion, data portability, or restriction of processing should be sent to support@viaadme.com. We may ask you to confirm the account email to avoid disclosing data to another person.
Languages
You can write in Russian, English, or German; we will try to help in other languages if possible.
