Rules of the VIA AD ME Worlds (House Code)

Welcome to the House of VIA AD ME. Our ecosystem was created as a space of dignity, silence, creation and complete safety. By entering our Worlds, spaces, the ECHO community and the services of the House, you become part of this culture and accept the House Code.

1. A Culture of Dignity and Mutual Respect

We protect an atmosphere of mutual recognition. Any form of aggression, hate speech, discrimination, bullying, degradation of honour and dignity, harassment or threats towards other members is strictly prohibited in the spaces of the House.

2. A Quiet Harbour: No Destructive Content

The House is a refuge from street noise and toxicity. The following are strictly prohibited in the ecosystem: • pornographic, explicit and immoral material; • depictions of cruelty or violence, or calls to harm oneself or others; • promotion of hatred, extremism and unlawful acts.

3. Protecting the Children’s Area and the Integrity of the Family

Children are our greatest treasure, and their safety is sacred: • Integrity: any attempt by adults to contact children through unapproved channels, to involve them in manipulation or to violate the boundaries of their personal spaces is prohibited. • Identity: impersonating a child, another person’s parent or a legal guardian is prohibited. • Honest access: attempts to hack or circumvent parental controls, age-based restrictions or technical child-protection filters are prohibited. Such actions may result in blocking and a report to law enforcement.

4. Confidentiality and Personal Sovereignty

The privacy of every member is inviolable. Publishing, passing on or distributing other residents’ personal data, private correspondence, photos or videos without their express written consent (doxxing) is prohibited. Everything that happens in private rooms, the Worlds and The Vault messenger remains the residence’s secret, except in the cases described in the Privacy Policy (protection of children and legal requirements).

5. A Space Free from Commercial Spam

We value our guests’ attention. The following are prohibited in the spaces of the House: • unapproved advertising, promotion of third-party services, spam, referral schemes and mass mailings; • attempts at financial fraud, ticket touting or unauthorised resale of access cards. Brands and partner initiatives are placed exclusively through the House’s accredited structures (The Hub Enterprise, The Square).

6. Authenticity and Lawfulness

We are building a lasting culture. Any actions that violate the laws of Germany and the European Union, the copyright and intellectual property of the House’s creators, as well as attempts to interfere with the code, servers and software modules of the platform, are prohibited.

Response Rules and Measures for Violations

Safety and the purity of the space are our constant care. If this Code is violated, the House reserves the right to take proportionate measures: 1. Content restriction: hiding or removing posts, comments or materials that contradict the rules of the House. 2. Temporary restriction (suspension): temporarily disabling access to interactive features or to individual spaces. 3. Termination of access and blocking: for serious or repeated violations — permanent blocking of the account and cancellation of resident status in accordance with section 20 of the Terms of Use. 4. Notice and appeal (DSA): in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act, when moderation measures are taken in the ECHO community, the user receives a reasoned notice stating the reasons and has the right to appeal the decision through the House’s support. 5. Cooperation with the law: data evidencing serious unlawful acts (in particular threats to the life and safety of children) is retained and passed on to the competent law enforcement authorities in accordance with Art. 6(1)(c) and (d) GDPR.
