Stage II
VIATICUM
Before moving forward, you need to figure out what you carry with you. This stage is an inventory of your inner backpack. What gives you strength? What pulls you down? What do you carry because you're used to it — even though it's time to let go?
Here you recall moments when time disappeared. When you were so absorbed in something that you forgot to eat, look at the clock, think about what others would think of you. These moments are your beacons.
And then you ask the most important question: who first told me this phrase? The one that lives in your head as a rule. "You can't show weakness." "First work, then pleasure." "Don't stick out." Where does this come from? And is it really yours?
